Jack Russell

Jack Russell, originally from Seward, Nebraska, joined the firm in June of 2023. Jack graduated from the University of Nebraska Lincoln with a degree in Economics and minors in Political Science and Public Policy. He is currently pursuing his Juris Doctorate at the University of Nebraska College of Law with an expected graduation date of May 2025.

Previously, he worked as an intern in the Lincoln Office for Nebraska’s first Congressional District. After that, Jack served in the Nebraska Governor’s office as a constituent service representative where he assisted constituents navigating state government. In 2020, he served as a consultant for a Department of Economic Development initiative that aimed to increase Nebraska based internships with the goal of retaining workforce talent. Most recently, Jack worked as the Policy & Research Coordinator for a Lincoln business association where he educated members on state and local government issues and advocated for them in front of elected officials.

In his free time, Jack enjoys spending time with friends and family, reading, and playing golf. He is excited to bring his passion for policy to the Kissel Kohout ES team.
